Interactive discussion with Faculty Members

Introduction

Interactive pre-submission discussion with College/Goa University faculty members on how to improve on submissions of proposals to the GSRF Minor Grant Research Scheme (2025-26), organized by the Goa State Research Foundation (Gsrf Porvorim), on 25th June 2025. Prof. Malapati Janarthanam (Chairman-GSRF) welcomed the participants and highlighted the purpose behind organizing the special session. He also briefed on the objectives of GSRF. Prof. Savio Falleiro (Managing Director-GSRF) later outlined matters related to eligibility, budgetary provisions and on the importance of timeline management. Ms. Liza Fernandes Pereira (Joint Director of Accounts-GSRF) highlighted various facets related to financial management, including timely submissions of UCs. Dr. Manoj Ibrampurkar (Nodal Officer/Schemes-GSRF), with the help of examples presented among other things, the "don'ts" during proposal submissions. The programme concluded with an interactive discussion with the participants, followed by a vote of thanks.
