In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Goa State Research Foundation Act, 2022 (Goa Act 8 of 2022), the Government of Goa hereby appoints 17th October, 2022 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
